New at Living Water?

Who we are:

Living Water is a Lutheran congregation (LCMS) that worships in a contemporary format – using a worship band, video and other forms to help us develop a relationship with God.

We worship at 10:15 a.m. every Sunday in the Whitmore Lake High School auditorium.

What to expect:

Parking:

When people come to the high school they park behind the school. There is a small parking lot in front of the school but the majority of the parking is behind the building. There are entrances by either parking lot.

Refreshments:

When you enter the building there will be someone to greet you and to help you find the auditorium. We offer pastries and coffee so feel free to help yourself to some refreshments before you find your seat

Education:

If you arrive early during the school year, we offer an education hour, with Bible Studies for adults, youth and Sunday School for children. This starts at 9 a.m. and we encourage all of our guests to stop by and try it out. Look at our current education offerings here. If you are interested in joining a small group, you can fill out the form on the Small Group Page and we can help you get connected!

Worship:

When you enter into the sanctuary, on the stage you will see an altar, a large cross, and the worship band. Prior to worship, background music will be playing and our guests will be wearing casual clothing. In fact, our desire is that people come in a way they are comfortable for worship. The pastor will be also be dressed in casual clothing and speak in a way that is relevant to the community.

Our worship service will last one hour and fifteen minutes going from 10:15 to 11:30. At each service the band leads us in worship, the pastor does a teaching and we always have communion. We do everything we can to make people comfortable.

We also offer a nursery for very young children during worship and education hour.

Please come and check out our community. We wish people to explore a relationship with Christ Jesus and the hope He gives us.
