Sunday School: Sundays 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Nursery | 0-4 years

Nursery is offered during each of our Sunday services and during the education hour

Lamb Lot | 2 years

Our two year-olds love to hear stories about Jesus on Sunday mornings, so we have a special class for them. They will spend time hearing an age appropriate story about Jesus, make a craft and of course have a snack. Parents are welcome to come check it out.

Sheepfold | 3yrs-2nd grade

Sheepfold at St. Luke is like no other. We have chosen the name Sheepfold because it is a time when we gather God’s Little lambs together to share God’s love.  In their classrooms, the children will spend time in worship and prayer, using an altar with the appropriate church calendar. They will hear the stories of Jesus told by our experienced and specially trained teachers who are story tellers using 3 dimensional figures to bring the stories to life. The children continue to experience their time in sheepfold by either making the craft or using the stories themselves to retell the story they have learned. Each session ends in the Children’s Worship Center singing songs of praise and working on bible verses.

Growing in Christ | 3rd-5th grade

Grades 3rd through 5th have the opportunity to build their community of faith by learning major stories of the Old and New Testaments. The curriculum from Concordia weaves the church calendar and sections of the Catechism into each weeks lesson. A parent take home sheet reinforces what was taught that day and gives ideas and suggestion for daily family devotions for the week ahead.
