You may have heard that something new is coming to St. Luke Lutheran Church. It’s been a long time coming, but our congregation is in the process of moving to a new church management software system that we are calling Connect.
Built by a company called Church Community Builder, this software will help us do just that: build our church community. Chock full of features, Connect will bring into line much of what we do as a church under one comprehensive system.
We have kept several different databases of church records for some time. Over the last few years, we have had one system for managing membership, another system for church communications, and still another database for calendar and event management.
Connect will not only allow our staff to manage all of those features under one software umbrella, but also adding in many new features that will be to the benefit of you, the members of our church body, such as group communication, a personalized events calendar, and volunteer management.
