I believe that Jesus Christ works to lead me forward with courage and confidence, guiding me in the right direction. Keeping me safe and loved, my Lord provides me with the wisdom I need to put my trust in him as he knows what is best and is always looking out for me. In first Peter 5:7, it is stated to cast all anxiety on Him because He cares for us. God grants me all I need to move forward and guide me through my everyday life.
Because Jesus died on the cross for my sins, I know that I am forgiven and will always have a special place in His heart. God’s work is evident in my life and the way He reveals Himself through others, helping to lead me down the right path. One example of this is the kindness and flexibility He shows me through them. When I am stressed and feel rushed for time, I panic and get worried that I will not be able to finish. If this is the case, with the kindness of my teachers and friends I am able to get it done one way or another as they are willing to work with me as needed.
All of this is possible because he died on the cross for my sins so that I may live in happiness and be able to move forward in life with as little worry as possible.
In response to receiving this great treatment from others, I am filled with comfort and thankfulness. Being able to move forward with this help and always having someone I can count on, I am secure and can go through my day with the confidence and positivity I need.
My confirmation verse challenges me to strive to work my hardest no matter what the situation may be and to pray, thinking positively, and remind myself that He loves me and is there for me whenever I call upon Him. This verse also promises me stability with Him and assures me that He will take care of all my worries and fears, no matter how big or small they may be.
