When the spring of the year comes so does the time for golf. In the Old Testament the kings would go out to war but today in America, we play golf.
On May 30, our St. Luke congregation is hosting a golf outing for the Living Water land fund at The Links in Whitmore Lake. We’ll have 18 holes of golf with lunch and a couple of drink tickets and, of course, a New York Strip steak dinner at the end.
If you just want to come for dinner the cost is only $25.00 and you can bid on the silent auction items. We’d love to have 18 foursomes playing on the course, 72 people. You don’t have to be a great golfer. We’re playing “best ball.” The furthest bill hit is where the four of you hit from. We want people to have a great time.
