November is right around the corner and that means a new slate of Sunday morning adult study options at St. Luke-Ann Arbor beginning Sunday, November 2. We invite you to connect with one of the following classes as you to dive into the Word of God with the St. Luke-Ann Arbor community.
Help for the Hurried Life
Jump into Paul’s letter to the Philippians in this study led by Mike Hasey and receive practical, Biblical help for your hurried life. This study meets in Rooms 101-102.
Family Discipleship
From practical tips for family devotions to understanding the power of blessing to creating a family plan for following Jesus in everyday life, this four-week study led by Janette Haak will help families follow Jesus more intentionally. Family Discipleship meets in the downstairs level, rooms 1 and 2.
I Believe
Led by Pastor Rossow and Pastor Hein, I Believe is a seven-week course that is open to anyone but is especially for those new to the St. Luke community or who desire official membership. I Believe will explore what it means to be an active part of our discipling culture, review the basics of Lutheran theology, foster connections for those who are new to St. Luke, and much more. This class meets in Room 104-105.
Together With All Creation
What does the Bible say about being stewards of God’s earth? How should it impact our day to day life? Whether we are red or blue, can we still be green? What are the environmental issues facing us today and how should we respond? Come and join the discussion about what it means to care for God’s creation in the 21st century. This study is led by Phil Geyer in Room 30 on the lower level.
