Quarterly Mission: Kids Hope USA

New Quarterly Mission Project- Kids Hope USA
Kids Hope USA is a mentoring ministry that equips volunteers from churches to build caring and life-changing relationships with students in elementary schools. The organization was founded 30 years ago by a man named Virgil Gulker, who was determined to answer the question, “How can churches have the greatest impact on America’s children?” Through his research and input from sociologists, law enforcement, health professionals, educators, and child development experts, the top response was to “fill the relational voids in kids’ lives”. That is what our St. Luke Kids Hope USA ministry strives to do as our mentors meet with their students during the school year. Additionally, our ministry finds various ways to support the staff and students at our partner school, Estabrook Elementary. Please join us in our quarterly mission as we support our growing ministry, along with the staff and students at Estabrook.
