After two very safe Sundays of worship in our sanctuary, we are going to…
· eliminate the limit we placed on number of worshipers
· discontinue the practice of asking people to make reservations
· continue to wear masks
· be socially distanced
· celebrate Holy Communion using individually wrapped servings
· continue one service at 10:00 for the foreseeable future
Here’s something new: We know some don’t want to be inside our building any time soon, so, beginning Sunday July 5, we will offer Holy Communion during worship and again outside under our pavilion, from 11:00-11:30 am. Come at any time on Sunday between 11 and 11:30 under the pavilion, rain or shine; I will lead a short experience includes confession/forgiveness, the Creed, The Lord’s Prayer and communion using the individually wrapped packets. We’ll try this for three weeks and the Elders will assess.
I believe online worship has been a blessing and will continue to be so; we will continue to offer this option even after the pandemic is over.
May God bless us as we continue to be renewed through his Word and Holy Communion in order that we may be about his mission in the world.
